The prestigious award was presented during a distinguished ceremony held in Lagos on July 15, 2026. Organised by Greenland Global Media Network under the leadership of its Chief Executive Officer, Dr. Adebisi Oluwaseyi Emmanuel, the event celebrated individuals whose exemplary service, innovation and leadership continue to make significant contributions to society.
Ms. Araromi was recognised for her outstanding achievements in behavioural analysis, autism advocacy, education, entrepreneurship and humanitarian intervention across the United States and Nigeria.
A Journey Defined by Purpose
Reflecting on her professional journey, Ms. Araromi revealed that her passion for helping others began long before she entered the healthcare profession.
She began her career as an English teacher but soon discovered that many children living with learning and developmental challenges required specialised interventions beyond conventional classroom instruction. Determined to make a lasting difference, she pursued advanced studies in Psychology, a decision that ultimately led her to become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) licensed in both New Jersey and New York.
Today, she is widely recognised for her expertise in autism and severe behavioural disorders, providing evidence-based interventions that have transformed the lives of countless children and families.
“I love children, but more than that, I love people. Since I was young, I’ve always wanted to know how I could make things better wherever I saw a need,” she said.
Her remarks reflected a lifelong commitment to restoring hope, empowering families and creating opportunities for individuals living with developmental challenges.
Advancing Behavioural Healthcare
Beyond clinical practice, Ms. Araromi has demonstrated visionary leadership by establishing institutions dedicated to expanding access to behavioural healthcare.
She serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Bloom and Blossom LLC, an Applied Behavior Analysis practice based in the United States, where she provides professional behavioural intervention services to children and families.
Recognising the growing need for autism awareness and behavioural support in Nigeria, she also founded the Bloom and Blossom Behavioral Support Foundation, a non-profit organisation committed to supporting families, training professionals and promoting inclusive education.
Through seminars, advocacy initiatives and community outreach programmes, the foundation continues to bridge critical gaps in behavioural healthcare while creating greater awareness and acceptance of individuals living with autism and other developmental disorders.
Entrepreneurship with Impact
In addition to her achievements in healthcare and education, Ms. Araromi has also distinguished herself as a successful entrepreneur.
She is the founder of Bariwa Royal Butters, a premium skincare brand specialising in natural shea butter products enriched with essential oils.
